DAV Augsburg e.V. – go-dav.de/boulderhalle

AI Website

The Goal: The Augsburg section of the German Alpine Club (DAV) is building a new 1,000 m² boulder hall featuring a 500 m² lead climbing wall. To keep members, sponsors, and partners transparently informed about progress and milestones, a high-performance project microsite was required.

The Execution:

  • Engineered a lean, responsive, and ultra-fast landing page at go-dav.de/boulderhalle.
  • Structured construction milestones, schedules, and background information into a clean visual layout.
  • Achieved sub-second loading speeds by avoiding bulky frameworks and hosting all assets locally.
  • Integrated an interactive survey form to gauge member enthusiasm and interest.

The Result: A modern, welcoming online presence serving as the primary communication hub for this landmark construction project.

Bader & Kollegen Law Firm – bader-kollegen.de

AI Website

The Goal: The renowned law and tax consultancy previously ran its website on WordPress. Frequent plugin vulnerabilities, security updates, and administrative overhead consumed valuable time. Furthermore, the resource-heavy CMS drove up hosting costs. The goal was to migrate away from WordPress to an ultra-secure, maintenance-free static architecture with a modern redesign.

The Execution:

  • Replaced WordPress completely with a database-free static site architecture, eliminating update maintenance.
  • Designed an elegant, authoritative visual theme using AI-assisted workflow acceleration.
  • Structured complex practice areas (employment law, inheritance law, family law, tax consulting) into an intuitive user journey.
  • Achieved 100% GDPR compliance (hosted in Germany, zero external font or script requests).

The Result: A distinguished, lightning-fast web presence perfectly suited to the strict security requirements of a legal practice, with drastically lowered hosting costs.

Stitching Tales – stitchingtales.de

AI Website

The Goal: For Nathalie Gollas' newly founded sewing and upcycling studio, a charming, engaging web presence was needed to showcase workshops and creative services.

The Execution:

  • Developed brand aesthetics matching the slow-fashion ethos of the studio.
  • Built a mobile-first responsive layout with Local SEO optimization to target regional customers.
  • Implemented an AI-animated brand logo video intro for desktop users.
  • Simple, privacy-friendly contact and booking inquiries.

The Result: A personal and highly polished web presence that reflects the studio's creativity and consistently generates workshop bookings.

Bader & Kollegen – E-Mail Re-Setup

Infrastructure

The Goal: Due to legacy DNS and mail server routing issues, the law firm experienced intermittent delays and delivery failures with inbound/outbound client emails – a critical operational risk for daily legal deadlines.

The Execution:

  • Comprehensive audit of existing mail server and DNS zone configurations.
  • Redesigned and reconfigured mail infrastructure for guaranteed delivery rates.
  • Configured state-of-the-art authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to prevent spoofing and spam classification.

The Result: Resilient, fast, and compliant email communication across the entire firm, hosted securely on-premise.

DAV Augsburg e.V. – flipbook.davaux.de

Web Development

The Goal: To publish their members' magazine “alpenblick” digitally as an interactive flipbook, the alpine club previously used US cloud service ISSUU. Rising subscription fees, intrusive third-party ads, and GDPR concerns demanded a self-hosted, independent alternative.

The Execution:

  • Backend: Custom Python Flask application with SQLite database and role-based permissions.
  • PDF Processing: Automated thumbnail and asset generation on upload using PyPDF2, pdf2image, and Pillow.
  • Frontend: Lean Vanilla HTML/CSS/JS frontend with an interactive PDF.js flipbook engine.
  • Infrastructure: Docker Compose deployment behind Nginx reverse proxy with seamless responsive iFrame embedding on dav-augsburg.de.

The Result: An ad-free, ultra-responsive digital magazine viewer. Recurring SaaS subscription fees were completely eliminated while full data sovereignty remains with the organization.
